Review by: Bhishma Kukreti (Literature Historian)
Kula Nand Ghanshala is credited for writing, publishing and staging height numbers of Modern Garhwali dramas till date in the history of Modern Garhwali Dramas. Madan Duklan rightly states that Kula Nand is University for Garhwali drama students.
‘Chinta’ a small satirical stage play is one of fine drama of Drama collection ‘Rangchhol’ by Kula Nand Ghanshala.
There are only three characters in the Chinta skit and has sharp criticism of present electoral system. Stage Playwright Ghanshala is successful in showing rotted election process and the way .politicians even in small village exploit the rooted system of uses of caste, money, threats, groupism , liquor and what not .
Dialogues are sharp and create stir the readers for changing the rotted system.
