तथा चापणिकेभ्यस्तु पण्य भूशुल्कमाहरेत् I

मार्गसंस्कार रक्षार्थ मार्गगेभ्यो हरेत फलम् II 127

सर्वत: फलभुग्  भूत्वा दासवत् स्यात्तु रक्षणो II

The King should receive tax from the shop of the shopkeeper as land tax and should receive Road tax from travelers for maintaining the public roads.

By this way, the king should collect tax and should protect all .
