Ghyusagyaan or olgia (рдШреНрдпреБрд╕рдЧреНрдпрд╛рди / рдУрд▓рдЧрд┐рдпрд╛ / рдШрд┐рдпрд╛ рд╕рдВрдЧрд░рд╛рдВрдж / рдореНрдпреЛрд▓ рдореБрдгреНрдбрдпрд╛ рд╕рдВрдЧрд░рд╛рдВрдж)\\\\nis one day when everyone in Uttarakhand must eat ghee or fresh butter and rub\\\\nit on their heads. This is an important festival of the poor farmers and\\\\ngraziers of Uttarakhand. On this day mothers rub fresh butter on their kids\\\\nhead (basically in the hair partition) and pray for their good health and long\\\\nlife. Even the poorest of people who cannot afford ghee otherwise prepare food\\\\nin ghee/butter on this day. Special item in the food menu is stuffed parantha/poori\\\\n(called рдмреЗрдбрд╝рд╡рд╛ рд░реЛрдЯреА) which has filling of ground Urad dal with local spices.
